Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Hedge11 collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use Hedge11, including when you connect a Google account or Gmail inbox.

1. Information we collect

Account information. We may collect your name, email address, authentication identifiers, and account/session information needed to create and secure your Hedge11 account.

Portfolio and workflow information. Information you enter or generate in Hedge11 may include sportsbook balances, promotion details, bonus-bet inventory, wagers, workflow progress, and related history.

Technical and usage information. We may collect limited operational data such as request timestamps, feature usage, error information, and service telemetry needed to operate, secure, and improve Hedge11.

2. Google sign-in

When you use Google to sign in, Hedge11 receives only the identity information authorized through the sign-in flow, such as your Google account identifier, name, and email address. Signing in with Google does not by itself grant Hedge11 access to your Gmail messages.

3. Gmail promotion scanning

Gmail access is optional and requires a separate, explicit authorization. When connected, Hedge11 requests read-only Gmail access so it can identify sportsbook promotion emails and turn relevant offers into structured opportunities.

Hedge11 is designed to search for likely sportsbook promotional messages rather than use your mailbox for unrelated purposes. For messages evaluated by the scanner, Hedge11 may process message metadata and relevant message content to determine whether the email contains an actionable sportsbook promotion.

What we store. Hedge11 may store your connected Gmail address, an encrypted OAuth refresh token, OAuth scope information, Gmail message and thread identifiers, sender, subject, message date, identified sportsbook, scan status, and structured promotion analysis or summaries. Hedge11 does not intentionally store a full persistent copy of your Gmail inbox or full email bodies in its application database.

AI processing. Relevant portions of candidate sportsbook promotion emails may be sent to OpenAI through its API to extract and structure promotion terms. This processing is used only to provide the promotion-intelligence feature. Service providers that process data on our behalf are permitted to use it only to provide their contracted services to Hedge11, subject to their applicable terms and data-processing commitments.

Google API Limited Use. Hedge11's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. How we use information

Provide authentication, cloud portfolio sync, promotion discovery, workflow guidance, and account features.
Detect, interpret, deduplicate, and organize sportsbook promotions.
Maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and improve reliability.
Communicate important service, security, or account information.

We do not sell Google user data or use Gmail data for advertising, creditworthiness, or unrelated profiling.

5. How we share information

We may share information with infrastructure, authentication, database, email-delivery, analytics, and AI service providers only as reasonably necessary to operate Hedge11. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a legitimate corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. Gmail OAuth refresh tokens are stored in encrypted form. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Retention periods may vary by data type.

7. Disconnecting Gmail and deleting data

You can disconnect Gmail from Hedge11's integrations area. Disconnecting revokes the stored Gmail authorization when possible and removes the active Gmail connection token from Hedge11. Previously detected promotion records and minimal message metadata may remain as part of your Hedge11 history unless deleted separately.

To request deletion of account or stored data, contact hello@hedge11.com. You can also revoke Google access at any time from your Google Account's third-party access settings.

8. Cookies and local storage

Hedge11 may use browser storage, cookies, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, local-first application state, security, and synchronization.

9. Children's privacy

Hedge11 is not intended for children. Sports wagering features are intended only for users who meet all applicable legal age and location requirements.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Hedge11 evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date and, when appropriate, additional notice.
