Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Hedge11. By accessing or using Hedge11, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Hedge11 is

Hedge11 is software that helps users organize sportsbook promotions, track related portfolio information, analyze potential wagering strategies, and plan promotional workflows. Hedge11 is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, does not hold betting funds, and does not guarantee any wagering or promotional result.

2. Eligibility and legal compliance

You may use wagering-related features only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction and meet all applicable age, location, account, and sportsbook requirements. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and each sportsbook's terms, promotion rules, eligibility requirements, and account restrictions.

3. No guarantee of profit or accuracy

Odds, promotion terms, eligibility, availability, settlement rules, and sportsbook policies can change quickly. Hedge11 may use third-party data and artificial intelligence, which can be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. All calculations, opportunity estimates, and recommendations are informational tools, not guarantees.

You are responsible for verifying live odds, bet details, promotion terms, expiration times, account eligibility, and all wager information directly with the applicable sportsbook before acting.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and devices and for activity performed through your account. Provide accurate information and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Connected services

Hedge11 may allow you to connect third-party services such as Google. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and policies. You may revoke connected-service permissions at any time through Hedge11 when available or directly through the third-party provider.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Hedge11, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security controls, use the service for unlawful activity, or use automated means in a manner that harms Hedge11 or third parties. You remain responsible for how you use information produced by Hedge11.

7. Sportsbook relationships

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Hedge11 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sportsbook referenced in the service. Sportsbook names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

8. Service availability and changes

We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be experimental or change as third-party APIs, sportsbooks, laws, and platform requirements evolve.

9. Intellectual property

Hedge11, its software, branding, design, and original content are owned by Hedge11 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose; they do not transfer ownership of Hedge11 intellectual property.

10. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hedge11 is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be error-free, complete, or profitable.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hedge11 and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from wagers, missed promotions, inaccurate data, account restrictions, service interruption, or reliance on Hedge11's calculations or recommendations.

12. Termination

You may stop using Hedge11 at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate misuse, or enforce these Terms.

13. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
