By accessing or using Hedge11, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use Hedge11.
2. What Hedge11 provides
Hedge11 is an informational calculation and decision-support tool. It analyzes sportsbook promotion terms, compares available odds, estimates wager amounts and outcomes, and allows users to track selected matches.
Hedge11 does not accept or place wagers, operate a sportsbook, hold user funds, provide credit, guarantee profits, or determine whether a user is legally eligible to wager.
3. User responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- confirming that sports wagering is lawful for you and permitted in your physical location;
- meeting all age, identity, geolocation, account, and eligibility requirements imposed by each sportsbook;
- reviewing the complete promotion terms and confirming that you have opted in when required;
- confirming selections, odds, wager amounts, event times, and market availability before placing any wager; and
- complying with sportsbook rules and all applicable laws.
4. No guarantee of accuracy or profit
Sportsbook odds, promotions, event information, and availability can change at any time. Hedge11 uses information supplied by users and third-party data sources and may contain delays, omissions, mismatches, or calculation errors. All results are estimates. You must independently verify every wager before placing it.
No strategy eliminates all risk. Hedge11 does not guarantee that a promotion will qualify, that both wagers will be accepted, that odds will remain available, or that any particular result or profit will occur.
5. No professional advice
Hedge11 provides general informational tools only. Nothing provided through Hedge11 is legal, financial, tax, investment, accounting, or gambling advice.
6. Third-party services
Hedge11 may use or display information from third-party services, including sportsbooks, authentication providers, hosting providers, artificial-intelligence services, databases, browser extensions, and odds-data providers. Hedge11 is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sportsbook unless expressly stated.
We are not responsible for third-party availability, accuracy, security, policies, actions, account decisions, wager grading, limits, suspensions, promotion changes, or outages. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Hedge11 account and for activity occurring through it. You may not misuse Hedge11, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the service in a way that harms it, or use it for unlawful activity.
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect Hedge11, its users, or third parties, or when these terms are violated.
8. Intellectual property
Hedge11 and its original software, design, branding, and content are owned by Hedge11 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms provide a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Hedge11 is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hedge11 and its owners, affiliates, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for wagering losses, lost profits, missed promotions, account restrictions, data loss, indirect or consequential damages, or other losses arising from or related to your use of Hedge11 or reliance on its information.
11. Changes to Hedge11 or these terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Hedge11 and may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
